Dwarfs

Kingdom's rich in ancient grandeur, corridors and homes carved deep into the mountains. The echoing sounds of picks in deep minds and blazing forges. Dwarfs are committed to clan and tradition and a burning hatred for goblins. Bold and hardy Dwarfs are known as warriors, miners and great workers of of stone and metal.
Height: Between 3 and 5 feet.
Weight:
Skin Tones : Ranges from deep brown to a paler hue tinged with red. Commonly shades of light brown or deep tan like the tones of the earth.
Hair: Mainly worn long and black, brown gray or red in color. Male Dwarfs value their beards and keep them well maintained.
Age: up to 400 years old.

Hill Dwarf
The Hill Dwarfs are a warrior clan of dwarves they usually live upon the mountains in clans. They are fierce warriors and very protective of those they trust and care for. Life in the wilds is filled with peril: rival clans, deadly weathers and terrifying monsters. These warriors charge headlong into the danger so there people don’t have to.
Appearance
The Hill Dwarves have skin that reflects the normal range of skin tones found in humans however they usually have darker or tanned skin. Their hair is usually black,brown,grey, red and the rare blonde.They commonly have eyes of blue,green,silver,brown and black. They stand around 3-4 feet in height and weight around 100-250 pounds.

Mountain Dwarf
The Mountain Dwarves live deep within underground kingdoms built into the mountains.They have bold and hardy workers who have a number of warriors and craftsmen within their numbers. The Mountain Dwarfs are famed for making some of the most amazing weapons and armour from the best the materials available to men. They love the beauty and artistry of precious metals and fine jewellery. They are accustomed to a difficult life in rugged terrain.
Appearance
The Mountain Dwarfs tend to be taller than other sub races of Dwarves and tend to have paler complexions within the normal range of human shades. Hair usually is red, white, grey or brown and is always long. Male Dwarfs have long beard which are often braided. Female dwarfs tend to braid their hair also. They commonly have eyes of blue,green,brown and black. They stand around 4-5 feet in height and weight around 130-250 pounds.

Have a higher tolerance to poisons which are likely to kill others.

They are usually slower than others with their shorter legs and heavy armor.

Wild Dwarf
Wild dwarves are nomadic, illiterate, communal forest dwellers who see the world in terms of hunter and prey.They have an ever-changing pack mentality, caring only about securing their next meal and surviving the dangers of the natural world. Material wealth and goods mean very little, with weapons being the only objects to which they evince any real attachment.
Appearance
The Wild Dwarves have skin that reflects the normal range of skin tones found in humans. Their hair is usually black,brown, white with a rare green or red. It is usually kept long and uncut, cutting one's hair is seen as a sign of dishonour. They commonly have eyes of blue,green and brown. They stand around 3-5 feet in height and weight around 120-220 pounds.
Advantages:

They are proficient in most weapons and excel with the bow and arrow.

Wild Dwarves excel at growing plants as well as tending to animals.

Wild Dwarves have a strong connection to Nature and can use magic to commune with Nature itself.
Disadvantages:

They lack social skills and live with a pack mentality.

They tend to have very few attachments to people or places.
Duergar Dwarf
The Duergar dwell in fantastic cities deep in the underdark. They have been shunned by other dwarves and in response built a place to call their own. They were once slaves to the leaders and creatures of the underdark however they quickly overtook the leaders and took control of the underdark. They became what they once hated the slaves turned into slavers, enslaving all those they could. Most Duergar who have left the safety of their underground communities are traitors and those who don’t believe in the tyranny of their leaders.
Appearance
The Duergar have skin in various shades of gray or purple. Most have very little to no hair including the females, male dwarfs do still have their beards. They commonly have eyes of gray, black or white.They stand around 3-4 feet in height and weight around 120-230 pounds.
Advantages:

They have very good darkvision from years of surviving underground.

They are more resistant to magic than other dwarfs.

Disadvantages:

They have a negative social standing with most other races and their own kin.

There skin can be sensitive to extended exposure to the sunlight.
Veridin Dwarf
The Veridin Dwarves descend from a clan of spies and scouts, they are melded clan of both city and wood based dwarves. They have became known as the best scouts within the dwarven world, known for discovering secrets and finding hidden treasures long forgotten within the past. Their ability to meld with darkness helps them to move undetected and safely where others do not dare to wander.
Appearance
The Veridin have skin that reflects the normal range of skin tones found in humans. Their hair is usually black,brown, red,grey,blonde or white.They commonly have eyes of blue,green,brown and black. They stand around 3-5 feet in height and weight around 120-230 pounds.
Advantages:

They are very fast and sneaky.

They are able to go use shadows as a means of travel.

They have a proficiency in Darkness Manipulation.
Disadvantages:

They are less hardy than their counterparts.

They excel as scouts and spies not so much as warriors or fighters.
